If you make an appointment and sit there for over an hour just walk out..my wife had 3 people that walked in after we were there over an hour...those 3 people didnt wait 5 minutes and were called back..FUCK ASPEN

I got my wisdom teeth removed, and when I was still having pain over a week later the office seemed to have no concern for my calls to schedule a follow up appointment. I was told told to wait 2 days to see if the pain went away, and then call back. When an appointment (or so I thought) was finally scheduled, I showed up and was told I was a walk in and had to wait... I went to Aspen dental a few months ago and I would NEVER go back! The office staff was nice and all, but the treatment plan they gave me was 100% a lie. I take very good care of my teeth and they said I needed the special Periodontal cleaning. Of course they wanted me to make that next appointment right then and there and it required me to put, I believe, 50% of the payment down. I have dental insurance thru my employer and went to Aspen Dental today thinking I was going to get my teeth cleaned. They just wanted to see how much money they could get from me. No thanks! I will never recommend you!!!!

Went because an old crown had fallen apart. Thought I would get a new crown but due to tooth was cracked to the bone the tooth had to be pulled. Everyone was very nice. Ended up getting my teeth cleaned.

Was told on the phone couldn’t get in earlier than two weeks and had a filing to fix that they did last year. Two hours today be seen and wanted to charge me 200$ for a chipped filing on the bottom of a tooth that I paid for last year. Also bad customer service from doctors, I’m going elsewhere.

Being a first time patient I would think they would want to show me how great they are and keep me coming back. This was not the case, my experience was horrible. For starters when I walk into the appointment i was greeted by the tech. Along with 2-3 other inters. I was not warned or asked permission if I wanted to be a case study to unqualified/non-certified people, Which is required by law in the medical field. Inept office staff. I scheduled my second appointment FIVE MONTHS in advance, in the office with an employee. I was pestered via email, phone call, and text to confirm. The night before my appointment, after I already had confirmed it three times and made arrangements at work, they tell me it's too soon to come in and they need to push me back a few days. i went in to get a tooth pull and they tell me all my teeth are bad and it was going to cost almost $5000.00 ..... they did pull my tooth and was fair but wow do they try to sell you more ... just be careful but was friendly most of the time ...
