Staff and dentist were excellent. Prices were very high especially for someone who does not have dental insurance. So if you don't have insurance...stay away!!!!
This location must have high employee turnover. Different hygienist again. They are consistent with billing issues. My husband refused X-ray his last visit, was told if he didn't have X-rays this visit they would refuse to treat him. We have had numerous issues of over charging. Calling insurance to find another dentist. Office manager was rude
Went to get a second opinion, said I needed 7 fillings when I only needed 3. Tried to say I needed an extra $1000 worth of unnecessary dental work. And that was after I waited 3 hours to be seen (with a scheduled appointment) and a simple exam took an hour and a half. Don't fall for the "free xrays and exam," they'll take your money doing extra procedures.
Showed up for a 6pm appointment that had been scheduled for weeks and it was closed.... no one here to answer the phone and no call to reschedule me.
After my first initial consultation I was advised to reschedule for cleaning and a small work I need done on my teeth. I am not understanding the reason why one needs to pay in advance for future work, although insurance will be filed.
Just drove 30 plus minutes and took my kids out of school early after having to reschedule due to their dentist being out one day to be told the insurance mind you that i told them I have they don't accept. Don't waste your time.
The folks that do the actual work are ok. The prices are extremely HIGH, as I found out AFTER the work was done and dealing with my insurance company. The reason they give you that little estimate and make you sign it is that they secretly KNOW that your insurance company only pays a NORMAL price so they show that you are getting a discount on certain services. My experience with Aspen Dental started off extremely shaky. I came in for my new patient consultation and at the end of that service I was billed for my upcoming appointments, special tooth paste, fluoride etc. I then left because everything has been paid for and my new appointments had been set up.
