All the staff here are are absolutely excellent. Everyone immediately made me feel right at home and I could tell that they genuinely cared about me getting my teeth healthy. Dr Horvath did a great job on my fillings and I couldn't ask for a better hygienist than Melanie. Brittany and Sylvia the friendliest assistants I've been around and they are awesome! Came in on a Friday due to some tooth pain I was having - I made the appointment 15 minutes before over the phone and they were faster than I could fill out the paperwork! After x-rays and an inspection they found that the problem was an old filling. I had taken my sister in to get dentures in June. The 21 was her first appointment, they quoted me )4135.50 for top and bottom plates and all post operative care.. She received her dentures on the 26… On the 30th I informed Carson the office manager at this location that she had left my residence and wouldn’t be returning for the follow up care.. Was very different from any other dental place I’ve been to. Was sent to 5 different rooms, which was weird. Don’t like the fact that they don’t clean your teeth on the initial visit. The people there were ok, but the young woman that took my blood pressure didn’t know how to do it correctly.
Recently, my regular dentist (not Aspen) said pain coming from an upper bicuspid could be due to a crack but it might be salvageable with a crown, though a failed attempt could require removal by an endodontist. I wanted a 2nd opinion on saving the bicuspid and my insurer AETNA’s website showed Aspen had in-network endodontists. I phoned Aspen and was told I needed to see a regular dentist first. I took myself and my daughter to this location to establish care. I’ve never been to a national chain dentist and I will never go back to one again! Dentist was rude, didn’t take the time to explain anything for myself or my daughter. Then when going over my treatment plan, they had implants on there which I didn’t ask for or even mention, and they tacked on a really expensive toothbrush that wasn’t mentioned to me beforehand either. My elderly mom went to the office in Greer, SC and had a horrible experience. They digitally fitted her for a partial that DIDN'T fit! After several attempts at them trying to "fix" them my mom returned the partial to the Greer, SC office. They are still charging her for the teeth that SHE DON'T HAVE!! They've also turned this over to a credit agency. My parents are in their 80's and live on a fixed income. They don't have money to pay for something they don't have!!!
Recommendedsent my daughter home twice with a severely infected tooth twice, then wanted 916.60 to remove the tooth. A local dentist did x-rays and pulled it in his office for 125.00. he said the infection was very bad and was shocked she was sent home like that. he also put her on 2 weeks of antibiotics. your company doesn't care about patients it's all about the money. I am very disappointed and upset with the way she was treated and I feel they should refund the last 130. they charged me. I have started a complaint with the BBB.
