So I went here for a "inspection" we'll call it. I went to my regular dentist when I hit my cheek hard on the car lift in our shop since I was worried I chipped a tooth or whatnot. They looked me over and said I was fine, alieve and tooth cleaning were in order, they also noted my impacted wisdom tooth on the other side of my mouth but it had nerve endings wrapped around it and unless it was a issue they suggested to leave it alone as I ran a high risk of losing feeling in my jaw if the nerve is damaged. They also referre... read more

I have been to the dentist many many times Root canal's, crowns ,lost 3 healthy teeth due to partial permently glued on wrong then yanked off dentist office a nightmare for me. At Aspen dental I found them kind, honest, and professional. Now on Monday I will have the remaining 8 teeth removed and receive my upper denture, will give you another review post removal as the injections in the past have never worked for me .They said it would this time! Wait and see.

My mother came in to have a check up before her heart surgery to make sure she had no infection in her mouth before her surgery which was doctor ordered. She was then told she needed just under $2,000.00 worth of work done by Aspen Dental which she couldn't believe and also didn't have. Being vulnerable because she needs to have heart surgery just days away she told them ok. So they told her about Care Credit to be able to help take care of the bill. For some reason she liste... I am retired and went to them as they were in the only ones in my insurance network. My insurance would pay for a cleaning and an annual exam. That all I wanted. Gave me an exam and said I needed to talk to Mike? He must be the salesman because that all he wanted to do was to sell me something. Said I had gum problems and the first visit would be nearly $900, 2nd would be nearly $300 and I said "Wait a minute" all I want is a cleaning. He said that this was part of the process. I said I wasnt interested. He said could arrang... read more

It is an ok place. They are just doing things little different than what I am use to from WI. I have 2 teeth which MAY need a crown at some point but have no problems at this time. They suggested to have crowns placed at this time in the cost range of over $3K. Never heard of doing crowns until they are really needed. I can understand preventative work, but this is little much, I think. I have been seeing a dentist regularly every 6 months and the crowns were never mentioned by my dentist in WI.

I went in for a new patient appointment. The doctor came in never introduced herself. She told me I needed two crowns and a bridge in an area that I had lost a tooth some 25 years ago. She told me I had a root tip left that she said needs to come out. I explain that it had been 25 years and I have never had any problems she blew me off and acted very rude when I did not want to have this removed. The hygienist then said that I would have to have a bacteria flushing before th... See More ey could do the cleaning which would c... read more

My daughter went to the Greer, SC office last week after over 10 days of severe pain with a cracked jaw tooth. When the dentist came into the room, she never introduced herself, looked at my daughters papers, and almost her first words were "If you were my daughter I'd slap you across the face". Even the office assistant had the good grace to look horrified that the doctor would say anything like that. The dentist then said "What?? I didn't say I was GOING to slap her...I said if she was my daughter I would". As a PARENT,... read more
