Terrible. X-rays, examination, explained everything and said a root canal was needed, had insurance, they asked for half down after the estimated insurance coverage before the appointment was made for the root canal procedure. Paid it , got appointment for a week later for the procedure, returned for procedure a week later paid the remainder balance before the procedure could be performed,after injection of numbing medication and started procedure only to stop and tell him oh the tooth is cracked we can’t do the root canal.... read more

I like the staff who are helpful and listen. The dentist doesn't listen. And the manager does not call you back. The only reason I got the partial was the original dentist left. To my dismay she came back. The partial doesn't fit and she wouldn't listen. If I'm to keep this partial then I need a new dentist. Or I return the partial, null the contract, and only pay for the cleaning. There is no point in paying that much for a device I can't use.

They lie about what procedures you need. Husband had appointment at 10:15am today. Had xray done and was told 2 teeth needed to be pulled. 2 hours later still just sitting in a chair. After they decided to finally take care of the teeth, they sent him home without a receipt (we are self pay) that made me question billing since there was only one tooth that was really bad. so we called and got a copy emailed to see they billed for both teeth to include bone removal?? i have pictures to prove otherwise. i gave them... read more
customer service, employees including dentist could actually introduce themselves. Out of 5 people on one introduced no one else did. Quite impersonal to a new patient.
RecommendedI have been a patient with Aspen Dental since 2011 in Spartanburg location. My husband goes there, too. About a year and a half ago, they put both our accounts on one, and said we owed such and such amount of money. We asked for the bill to be separated. Come to find out, they left out the coverage we had on a dental plan, They did file with our Medicare and what little they paid. Each month, even if we didn't have a dental appt., we would get billed a different amount. We have always paid our balance each time we go. ... read more

I did not personally go here. My mother and my grandmother used them. Which they do not have social media and just wanted to share their experience. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place. My grandmother had dentures made which she already had some but they were older and she wanted to have newer ones. The dentures were not done properly. Did not have all teeth on backside. She can’t use them and hasn’t been able to since she got them. She is out over $800 and still using the older set she had. They won’t do anyth... read more
The staff in Greer sc is very courteous but there is no emergency appointments or walk ins, at least that was told to me
Very unprofessional. Music with profanities playing in the office. No dentist there. Would not recommend.
