I was going to right a long write up on why not to go to apsen dental in tilton. but I will keep it short. when a customer says they don't want to be upsold. just pull the tooth... dont waste my time. :( needless to say my tooth is still in pain. on the flip side the dental assistant did an awesome job

my experience with Aspen Dental has been nothing less than perfect every time! there facility is top of the line and professional with the ability to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend aspen and specifically seeing Melissa Lacasse for the best dental hygienist I've ever had!
By delivering on their phone promises. Tilton is an hour from my home and I asked several times on the phone if I could get a tooth pulled that day. The answer was "we're 99% sure we can". So I drive there, spend $99 on a useless exam and get sent home. Monday I went to Urgent Dental Care in Manchester and got it done. Not to mention it being over $300 dollars cheaper than your estimate. I have had a tooth pulled in your office in the past. First of all, do not EVER, take something out of sterilized packaging and dump it directly onto a shelf (which is connected to the wall), then place the contents of that package into a patient's mouth. It didn't help that I saw a bug crawling on the wall of the waiting room 5 minutes prior to this happening. Secondly, when a patient says she can't close her mouth because whatever you placed in there is cutting her mouth, do not say "Yes you can!" with an annoyed glare. On the surface the office seems clean and well run but just schedule a service and you’ll see it’s all smoke and mirrors. I had a tooth that was infected and was told it needed a root canal and crown. I asked if I could have it pulled. They scheduled it and explained how much it was going to cost for everything after my Delta Dental paid. I was told I needed to have a bone graft and that they would also make a flipper for the missing tooth to keep the space available for when I could get an implant. Hmmm... makes sense. ... read more
