This practice should be shut down permanently. They could have had a big lawsuit on their hands if I had listened to them and waited a week with a severe infection that they never stated I had even though they saw my x-rays. I sure hope this review can at least save one person from going there.

I called on Thursday for an appt for a family member in terrible pain . Thought at first was going to be fine. They took him right in But then did X-rays and tried to sell him 14,000 in dental work. Then proceeded to pull the bothersome tooth with no where near enough novacain and told him "this is going to hurt u can yell if you want to. Called and set up an appointment on Monday for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. They called Tuesday night at 6:15pm for me to confirm, I missed the call. Tried to call back multiple times Wednesday with no answer. Go for the appointment for them to tell me they booked my time because I didn't call back.. waste of my time! Plus all the x rays hurt the mouth and my permanent crowns keep falling off.
I had a scheduled appointment this week. Have used the Aspen Dental in Tilton and in NY before. The previous visits here fine. However, this visit was very different. The hygienist was very friendly but way too harsh. My poor gums and teeth ached for two days. I have never had this experience before. I will not be returning if I have to ever have her again.

Wouldn't even rate it if I could horrible place to go all they care about is money no reduced cost nothing they wanted to charge me over ten grand for two root canals and a crown for pulling three teeth four hundred each one then the dentist told me my nerves are dead in one of my teeth I said well it still kills me then they started whispering do not trust the a holes don't care about there patients health what so ever they just care about money

I usually have a pretty good visit to this office but went in on Thursday (10/19) to get my finish partial..arrived at 11 am was there til 1 pm..they were pretty backed up..don't know why..the assistants were apologizing but that didn't make it any better..our time is important as theirs..if we didnty show for an appointment we would be charged why don't they offer a discount for oiur time..

I did not have a great experience. The X-rays were painful. I have never had a painful X-ray in my life. I question the amount of experience the tech had. Also, their X-ray equipment may be antiquated. They were unable to give my son a cleaning because they could not X-ray his mouth. I wonder why one had anything to do with the other. Since they did not have pediatric equipment they did not do his exam. He is eight so I thought he was big enough now to use a regular dentist. usually its pretty good but question the billing since over three cleanings paid three different prices
