I feel like i was conded into pays $400 for a cleaningout of pocket an was told i could get finance for outher detial work done only to now fund out i cant. feel like i just wasted $400
The staff and Dr was great, friendly and very helpful, however the cost was not worth it at all. they told me $16.449 to fix my teeth. so much for a plan to fit every budget. I'm on SSDI and can't afford my medications never mind trying to come up with $16.449 are you kidding me, but the did offer me a loan to cover $2500 but the rest was to be paid at time of service. so when I start making $50.000 a year I'll be back to get my teeth fixed... thanks for nothing...I will never get my teeth fixed at this price and I'll NEVER ... read more

Prior to this appointment I was excited for the extended appointment offerings at aspen dental. For my first appointment I was seen almost 45 minutes late and then was told they do not do a cleaning appointment for the first visit when I specifically asked for a cleaning appointment when I scheduled with the call center. Very disappointed with this practice and will not return or ever recommend.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! If you must go, keep a copy of everything! If they say its included in the price, double check, most likely it's not! Get a 2nd opinion, they will tell you you need work that you don't really need! It felt like buying a used car! But, the woman, Emily I think, is very sweet, she must be used to complaints, she handled herself exceptionally well! Still awaiting a $40 refund for a fluoride treatment I passed on. Mark-up on services is notably high. Higher Pressure sales organization. Make sure to look at itemized pricing. Oral Cancer screening feels insufficient given the $$ Tag- Long-time smoker that recently quit, so it was worth it to me and my partner, but it felt like a drain on the wallet given reviews of similar procedures costing 6-7 x less at other Dental Practices. (Or are provided as part of a routine exam at no additional cost)

Well after they announced all of my information to the world about my teeth and acct.... because no one has an indoor voice. I went in for fillings and they didn’t even have my appt. in the computer but I got 6 million texts about it. I am pretty sure one of my fillings is not even done correctly, It is more sensitive than before. Dentist did not even look in my mouth but stated I needed a root canal. When I decided to get a second opinion and asked for my x-rays, they gave me ones from 3 years ago. Now they refuse to provide them to me because the 2nd dentist I went to stated i just had cavities and did not need a root canal. Aspen Dental is the worst I have ever been to. Their bathroom was disgusting! I would think that a medical office would have a care for sanitation. Horrible.
