I WENT TO ASPENDENTAL WITH A VERY SORE TOOTH AND A MISSING FILLING. THE ACTUAL DENTIST DID NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM,, INSTEAD I WAS TOLD TO HAVE TWO TEETH REMOVED , HUH???? THEN I WAS WISKED OUT TO THE MONEY MAN WHO SET UP APPROX. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF SCRAPPING AND A NEW BRIDGE AND A CAVITY FILLING NOT SURE IF I'LL EVER GO BACK......
I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for noon Saturday and I got the appointment card for a reminder... I live in Lincoln NH and I drove to go to my first appointment and I got there 20 min early and the receptionist said they forgot to put me in the computer and told me to wait... I waited an hour and I asked her how much longer and she said she didn't know.. I waited 20 more min and ended up leaving.... Never go back!!! Worst experience ever!!!
I waited an hour and 20 minutes saw no dentist. I stormed out of the office. Never again.
I only waited a few minutes to get in. It was good to see Dr. Park, I have been seeing him since 2007. He took care of my problem right away. No complaints at all.
Well where should I begin. I went there because I have crowns on my two front teeth. One of my crowns continuously gets infected. If anyone knows what that feels like, than you understand. I asked the front desk if they could help me with this problem first. They told me that they would be able to. Truth is they can't. This is an amazing facility! The staff is super friendly & kind. They make you feel very comfortable. Every visit is pleasurable.
This office ruined my front four teeth and then refused to give me the funds necessary to fix their mistake . They gave me 1,100 to fix a 6,000 mistake . I wrote to the President of the company numerous times to even get that . I now have a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing . I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE before letting this office do ANY work in your mouth !!! They do not care about the patients , I gave them NUMEROUS chances and begged them to do the right thing.
