My experience was very bad‼️I tried to tell everyone that all I wanted was to see a lab person. I came in to have a tooth fixed in my plate (had both with me)! I first encounter was with a tech who said I needed X-rays. I explained I just need to see a lab person. She insisted that I had to have X-ray. I finally agreed although I have a disability ( had a cane with me) she was unsuccessful with the X-ray and gave up and took me to an exam room. Seems like a lot of $$$$$, for cleaning and filling. They did remember me tho from past years. More after i have it done....

Avoid this dentist unless desperate. Costs almost twice as much as much as my regular dentist. Very quick to recommend extractions and implants that I do not think were necessary. I have had regular dental care my entire life, every 6 months. Never has that been suggested to me.

I went to have tooth pulled and my partial adjusted. seemed like it took forever to get tooth pulled. when they adjujsted partial I told them it still cut in and they said they couldn't take any more off. now I have a cut and sore where partial hits in mouth. no sure I will be going back for cleaning they schedluled they give you a price then keep adding on ever time you go in for something to be done they tell you you owe more money.

The staff left me in an exam room for 35 minutes, when I asked what was going on, the office manager said she forgot me, she apologized. In the office, the manager said my dental insurance company was out of business and was not paying claims. She said she checked the employer and said my company did not offer any type of dental plan. My experience was pretty terrible. I need a tooth pulled because I did something to it right from the very first person when I call to make my appointment they said that they should be able to get that tooth out for you today. Said something to the lady at the front desk that I'm here expecting to have a tooth removed. Said something to the lady doing the x-rays. Said something when the doctor was doing my evaluation. The receptionist made me feel like I didn't have insurance was very rude waited for the hygienist for 1 hour was there for two hours and nothing was done heard the dentist ask everyone else what they wanted for pain in she gave me ibeprohen with a broken teeth was not happy

NONE of the staff was very friendly, including the receptionist, techs, and dentist. I felt like they don't care much about the patients. They seemed much more focused on their workflow and up-selling products and services that aren't even needed. I don't recommend this practice at all.
