I wanted to say a big Thank you to the staff at Aspen Dental. Everyone is really nice and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience . Thanks to Ashlie for explaining the procedures and making sure I was comfortable.

The dentist is never a fun experience, but the doctor's and staff make the experience as painless as possible. They explain things in a way that is easy to understand and less daunting. The receptionist Maggie is awesome and super friendly.

Had to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled in 2009-at the same time and I was scared! The staff and Dr were professional and made sure I was comfortable. procedure went smoothly

Do not recommend this office or Dr. Okezie. I’m not one to complain or leave reviews. I’m a very laid back person but with the terrible experience I had I have to warn other patients. After being rescheduled and time changes over 3 times I finally got in to get my wisdom teeth out. The first office visit wasn’t bad I only waited 45 minutes for the consultation. The day of surgery I waited over an hour and a half to be taken back and was told that the Dr. is “particular” and thorough. I was taken back to some tiny little cubb... read more

Annoyed with them. Gone there for years, got pretty decent service. The team and doctors are always helpful. But - this past week, had a filling scheduled. They "called" to confirm I knew about the appointment I had made a week prior. I work odd hours in a building with no service so when they call to confirm, I don't get it, I don't even get a notification that they called. Even if you confirm your appointment ahead of time, they will double book your time then call you and tell you they have to reschedule. Or you show up as scheduled, and they will claim you never confirmed. It has happened several times to me and family members. They texted me twice in the past week to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, I texted back confirmation both times, then they called today to say I had to reschedule. When you try to call and confirm your appointment you can’t get through and when you finally do someone puts it in the notes that I called and confirmed . Yet it’s not in their system? This has happened to me for the second time. They over book and are super unorganized. They don’t care at all . Absolutely terrible

I definitely would not recommend Aspen Dental in Sylvania. I went to get a denture made and I ended up making countless trips because the lab technician could not get it right and finally the last time I was there it still wasn't right so I can't wear them and I will not ever go back because now I have to go to another dentist so he can fix them the way they should have been fixed to begin with. They are genuinely the worst dentist office I’ve ever been too. They don’t check their books with their system so I had to reschedule the same appointment 5 times. I got a cap put on & it fell off a week later. The dentist was rude to her assistant. They have no idea what they’re doing. Actually idiots .
