Absolutely horrible place. Seems like they are just money hungry and fresh out of dental school and office training! My 7 year old was given an infection from them because of the way they improperly did a filling! They also tell you you have a zero balance then 24 hours later when you are in the office you are told of a suprise balance. I specifically asked when I called for the emergency appointment yesterday if I would owe anything or if I had a balance due, and was told no and that I had a zero balance! HOW DARE YOU ASPEN DENTAL. First Visit: My daughter was seen for a severely infected tooth & you forgot to call in her antibiotics. Forgot. As someone who has worked in Nursing, I have seen patients go septic & DIE over these kinds of infections. Todays visit: Even worse. Is that possible? Apparently it is. I have brought my children into this place 3 separate times and each time they have either cancelled my appointment at the desk and/or didn’t have a hygienist to clean their teeth. Terrible business practice. In addition, we are always stuck waiting and the entire practice seems to be shady.

They gave us a price if $24,000 for my son to get a few teeth pulled and dentures! Who has that kind of money!! They advertise dentures starting at $299.00 but they only guarantee them for 6 months!! What a rip off!

Dr Badam is an excellent dentist and she has amazing clinical staff. With that being said, the office manager and billing staff are severely overcharging for estimates. The first time this happened, my son was overcharged nearly $200. After the insurance processed the claims, we had to prove that Aspen owed us money. They did the same thing with my husband, but the overpayment was over $600 and I had to call the corporate office 3 times to get the last refund processed. Went in for a regular exam and cleaning. Was not told the hygienist is unavailable when making the appointment. The worst was when I was told my insurance is not covering dental cleaning. Will never go back!
This place is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. First the person doing x-rays was very rude. Then after having a tooth pulled they were supposed to call in a small script to help with pain and they couldn’t even do that right.
I had fillings done at Aspin dental they charge me an astronomical amount with a not even a year I had to have the same feelings re-done at another dentist the dentist could not believe the poor job that the Aspin dental did they are butchers They did a really bad job Filling should last longer than a year and over charge me used up all my insurance in one visit They try make you pay for free cleaning it’s a joke
