Quick to attempt to sell you everything up front was handed a $3,000 estimate and had the expensive cleaning and scaling. I am not sure I really needed to spend $1,019.00 Plus my insurance is paying $795.00 for a cleaning and scaling. Another person was in the office and was told the same cleaning and scaling needed to be done. I don't know anything about dental so I paid the extra amount and got my teeth done. Shame on me if I didn't need it done. The staff was great would go back again.
The dentist was excellent! Can't say the same for the office manager. Not very good with people. The rest of the staff were great!
Left there just a few minutes ago. My son broke his two front teeth while playing at school. Called and made an appointment because I can't get him in to our usual dentist right away. They gave assurances that they accept our insurance. Got there and they don't accept our insurance, so we'd have had to pay the out of network fees. I was pissed, to be honest, because we don't have several hundred dollars laying around--especially when told they take our insurance. They removed all my dads teeth in January, temporary never fit right and looked weird in his mouth. He went last week to get impressions for the permanent but they told him sorry we cant do what we originally said we could do for $6000 and now we need $1800 more to what else we need to do!! We have contacted a lawyer to hopefully get this taken care of. Be careful there are several class action lawsuits looking to be filed on aspen dental!!!
They advertise that they are a "judgement free zone" but every time we go there they make me feel like an inch tall and like they look down on our family. We do our best, but they always seem disappointed with us. It's disheartening. It's like paying money to feel bad about yourself. That's usually free. I'm looking for somewhere else to go.
Never again! !!!!!! Went 3 times and still NO TEETH FIXED. WORRIED BOUT NICKLE AND DIMING MY INSURANCE. WAS FURIOUS WHEN I LEFT !!!!!
