Awesome staff everyone was really nice and made me feel super comfortable. Nobody "likes" the dentist but I had a great experience with Alexx and Dr R. T
I had a great experience at this location. My first time a dentist in 20 years. Turned out that I needed a little more then just a cleaning. ..well what are you gonna do? They set me up with a care plan and Brent was great with the financing I got an appointment the same day ! Everyone is great and super friendly . I'm glad I found my new dentist :)

They told me my insurance covered the X-rays, and I only owed $30 for the X-rays, which I paid. A month later, I received a bill for $140 for X-rays. I asked for a copy of the X-rays, and they said, "Sure, we'll send them to you via email." That was months ago, and I'm still waiting. They are not in my SPAM folder.
Did not disclose cash price to my 18 year old son. Then charged after the fact bill in mail for $314 for a cleaning, exam, and bite wing X-rays. When I called to complain about the high bill, they said too bad that’s the price and would not work out a cash pay discount option for him. I have never paid this amount for this service at any other providers. Needless to say, he cancelled future service and will not be going back.

Don’t go to Aspen!! Do your homework get other quotes and better teeth exams !! Second opinion just might save your tooth or in my case teeth!! And this is just a few things that has terribly gone wrong because I don’t have dental insurance they think they can take your money and screw you! Not to mention getting hung up on because of my calling and complaining!
