Treatment was excellent however their billing and payment is confusing and convulted. I can't decipher what I am paying for or reconcile my insurance against their bill.
I came in to get my teeth cleaned. I was given an estimate of $322 to clean teeth, scrape teeth near gums, and a filling. No thanks. I'll be getting my teeth cleaned by Florida Dental for $59.
I had previous good experiences with Aspen, but I had an appointment yesterday, and had emails and phone calls to confirm. I had gotten lucky to get a ride.. and they HAD NO RECORD of my appointment. Really??
Are you members of the Better Business Bureau? I can't believe how you treat your customers and still are in business. I am glad I have video documentation of how you treat your patients.
Folks at Sarasota Aspen Dental are great, I had a rush emergency to get out of town and they were so accommodating and professional, epically Brent the office manager, by the time the X-rays were done he had all the paper work done and I was in the dentist chair and done. Bravo to you all
