Asked us to come 30 minutes early. We waited over an hour before we asked about the wait. Waiting another hour so far and still counting. They never bothered to tell us they were running behind. Two hours plus behind.
Very friendly and seems so far to do good work. The fault I see is they give you a quote over the phone and we you get there the price is more than double the quote. I was told dentures for the basic ones would be less than $1000.00 total for upper and lower when went to get them they were over $2100.00 after telling them about the quote they brought it down to $1600.00 really I could have used the family dentist for less than what we paid.
If i could give 0 stars i would! This was aspen on university pkwy in sarasota and my husband had the worst experience for both of us. I suggested going to aspen and i totally regret it after all they put him/us through. He needed a tooth extraction. Besides giving him the numbing solution and then REGRETTING to make sure my husband was numb, the dentist just dove in. The doctor broke his tooth and said he could not finish the procedure. I've never been so disappointed in my life. I have no teeth. Haven't had for almost 3 yrs. I found aspen dental online. I was so excited. M kids were happy for me. I thought, now I can eat what I'm supposed to eat. (I'm a diebetic) they sounded so promising. They did an X-ray,t checked my mouth. I told them up front my credit wasn't good. Started today with a less than pleasant dentist appointment at a competitor (Advanced Dental, 1st Street East, Bradenton). Spent 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Had an appointment and they took people who got there after me, before me. Went to Aspen Dental without an appointment. I was in and treatment underway in less than 45 minutes. The treatment I received was fantastic (and I HATE, HATE, HATE to go to the dentist). Did I mention I HATE to go to the dentist.
I went to Aspen Dental on University Blvd in Bradenton, FL for a simple teeth cleaning. Since I would be a new patient, they said I needed to have X-rays completed before any cleaning could be done. OK, simple enough. I had the x-rays done, met with a hygienist and the doctor to go over the results. They all complimented my current dentist on the high quality of her work and noted a plaque build-up which is why I went there. I got 6 expensive veneers here, in 2012. 3 years later one broke and I called for an appt. If you've ever had a veneer, you know they drill down the tooth under it and it looks like a small fang. Not pretty. The receptionist told me I could come in in a week! I found a dentist that would see me the same day. Again last night one of the veneers broke off. I was told by Aspen Dental they could last from 1 year to 15 years. I can come in for a check up, xrays and they would fix it. ALL AT A COST TO ME!!!!! Unacceptable!
