Best dentist office in town, Dr. Schafer is great and has an excellent staff, will never go anywhere else.
My experience with Aspen Dental was a positive one. Got started off on the wrong foot because the lady in accounting gave us wrong information, however that being said the dentist and the staff were excellent, my husband had 8 teeth extracted today and it was 400 less than they had quoted, they explained everything in great detail and I would 100 percent go there again, on and I got new dentures with a guarantee and they fit perfectly, Thank You Aspen Dental,
The service is good and the people pleasant and professional and skilled. I was rather shocked that relining two plates I already owned came to $669.00. They did a great job, but that was a hefty price for a reline. It is a relief to have dentures which fit again.
Dentist and oral surgeon both excellent and care about what they do. Office was easy to work with and very friendly. Had crowns and in process of getting an implant. So far I am pretty happy.
Had to wait for a little while as I was squeezed in due to sudden tooth pain and a new client. Receptionist is a little over worked handling billing, phones, and check ins but is friendly despite this. Doctor was quick but very nice. Costs and various options were explained in detail before I agreed to anything. My procedure is scheduled for tomorrow amd they were very acccomadating to get it done quickly so I would be pain free despite my limited availabilty as a business owner myself. *UPDATE* Tonight someone from the office called my husband to explain the actions of his extraction and to check in on him which was nice. And while I still think they could have offered him at least the "laughing gas" and still went through with their plan it was nice of them to call.
