NEVER AGAIN!! This place is terrible. For starters, I took my two girls there and they were both supposed to get a free Xray and cleaning with my Husbands dental insurance and I was sent a bill. So I called and asked about. Was told it would be taken care of, I just got a bill and it was sent to COLLECTIONS. WTF, I called again, and guess what, no one knows crap. Then with my son, they over charged me for his dental work, and to get the credit back is like pulling teeth. (no punt intended) Delta Dental is a scam!!

The dentistry here is good. No complaints in that department. However, the prices keep going up and up and up. Time for me to find another discount dentist. Sorry guys, but as a small business guy who pays for everything out of pocket, even with the (only) dental discount plan you accept, I just can't afford you anymore.
Never ever again. I called them they're upset because my dental flipper was broken they told me to bring in $124 and they'll tell me if they're able to fix it or not so I got my Hundred $24 together so I took it to them and they told me that they couldn't be fixed but in order for me to find out how much a new one would cost I would have to pay for a x-ray and dental exam and that they would take that charge from the money I brought in to fix my tooth so that was $90 in the long run when it was over they told me the cost wou... read more
I was there yesterday for a cleaning and was charged $357!!!! I only have 5 teeth!!! I really think you over charge! Some kind of adjustment should be made!

Terrible experience. When I called today and asked for my credit from them, she said she had to talk to the regional manager. Are you kidding me? I have a credit that I don't want to use with your office, I want my money back. They were not upfront. Very misleading. One dentist tells me I need two extractions, the dentist that does the work numbs both sides of my mouth (which I'm sure I was charged for) and then says, no I don't think you need the other one extracted.
