My wife went to the Valparaiso office to get a tooth pulled cause it is infected and needs to come out. And for some reason my health savings account card didn’t work and they wouldn’t reschedule her for after the bank opened for 146.00 the receptionist Ariel is rude and doesn’t listen to you or care about a patient’s needs so if your in horrible pain and need help don’t go to the Valparaiso office. We won’t be going back ever.

Train the employees better. Nobody seems to know whats going on when you call several times about the same thing. They need to return calls to patients when they say they will call you back.

I took the day off, they call and cancel my appointment 1 hour before service. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Also tell me to confirm yesterday by 7 and they closed at 5. Full voicemail. Do not use this Valparaiso location all bad

Ok... I said I would write a review of Aspen once I was done and my teeth were completed. Here we go... For those that know my family we have many people who were dentists. First visit went well. We made a plan to pull my teeth, and I chose the ComfiLytes dentures. They were the most expensive ones, but they had the longest warranty out of all the dentures. Paid in full and left. They lie about dentures cannot make good dentures...Dont care about customers just wont your money
I was told I couldn’t have a regular cleaning. Paid $46 for a 3-4 minute dentist “exam”. Had a maybe 2 minute speedy gum probe by a hygienist who said it would be “unethical “ for her to do a regular cleaning because of my “gum disease.” They wanted $800 for one hour of hygienist time for a periodontal cleaning. I took my xrays and their plan and quote to a periodontist who did an exam, spent 20 minutes with me, and said I just needed a regular cleaning which would cost $95. First day of vacation heading from Michigan to Wisconsin. My crown fell off in Indiana. Tried stopping at Walmart to get product to put it back on-didn't work at all. My son got on the phone with Aspen and made an appointment at an office 20 minutes from our location. Did have to wait 2 hours but happy to get an appointment late Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Staff was friendly-did have to pre-pay $157 for the crown to be put back on and xrays. Being out of state, that was understandable.
Had a cap come off my molar. Called the same day to get it replaced. It was the day B4 Thanksgiving..and I was going to be GONE for the weekend. WAS TOLD that they could NOT..NOT see me that day..too busy. When I mentioned that it was THEIR defective product the "chickie" on the phone rudely told me that I could come in a WAIT 3 HOURS but I would not be seen. When someone goes out of their way to pay out-of-pocket for an extraction because they don’t except the state funding medical insurance. It would’ve been nice to have them prescribed something for the pain away I would forgot I was. then I went to pick up my prescription only to find out that it was for ibuprofen. I’m so glad I could’ve went to HealthLinc and got the same exact thing and got my work done for free but no I wasted $300 of my hard earned money for these jag off’s.
