I'll won't be back,, I paid over $2000. for my dentures 9 mouths ago and two of the teeth fell out while I was having dinner. I had a year warranty and they said they would fix them for free and when I went to leave they said I needed to pay $56.00 for the examination. The dentures looked good when there were done but the roof of them are gritty because they didn't polish them. And before all of this I've had to take them back several times to get them to fit right

Had implants several yrars ago. Was a nightmare from beginning to end. Dentiat kept leaving one even took his tools. Now 3 years later had to go to a real Periodontist have them removed. Placed wrong put in wrong and knock of implants. Horrible infection after infection. Never ever have implants here. Please go to a real Periodontist!!!!

Stay away from this place. The billing staff are rude and overall jerks. They inflate prices, and do not know how to file insurance claims properly. Tried getting in contact with regional/district manger, but no replies or call backs. Evidently bullying, inflating prices is a practice that they do all the time.

I've no insurance and they were supposed to be reasonable not in my case. Had to get a credit card to pay as if i wasn't in enough pain. ���

I had my final 2 wisdom teeth taken out last Monday, & this has been the worst experience of my life. Not only were the people at Aspen Dental very rude but they also laughed at me on the phone when I told them I was in great pain & could still barely open my mouth & wanted to see a doctor for a check up. Not to mention the painkillers I was given barely touch the pain. They basically told me on the phone that "these sorts of ordeals take longer than a week to heal". DO NOT GO HERE!! Went in for teeth cleaning, whitening & teeth repair to my 2 front teeth. Although hygienist was awesome, The "Office manager"/ Billing department are IDIOTS! Rude, unprofessional, & unknowledgeable!! I paid $820 to have my teeth whitened($299) & two crown build ups!-$148ea.BEFORE Insurance-(suggested by Doc to fix front teeth)I have not went back to have my permanent crowns finished because all of a sudden I owe them $500 more dollars! They removed my top teeth and some of bottom. I have been happy with that result; however I went for my first cleaning of 7 teeth and the charge of xrays, fluoride and checking the 7 teeth is the same as if I had a whole mouthful of teeth. I complained. Got no where. The dentist on duty did not say anything. Looked at my teeth and left. He did not tell me about the xrays, check the denture or partial, or ask if I had any problems. I will find another dentist.

Total ripoff! ..these people walked in a room told me yup your dentures are broke then billed the ins 87 dollars cant fix them.....i told them they where broke .....thats why i was there.....do yourself a favor...GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
