Excellent from beginning to end!! Very caring and professional staff. Made my day.
So far, I have had TWO very pleasant visits to Aspen Dental. Dr. Schwibner is very young, but she seems to know exactly what she is doing!! My appointment to have a crown re-seated was for 4:00. By 4:10, I was out of there!! Painless! And that makes me VERY HAPPY!! :)
RecommendedI was seen today and my over all experience was great. I got home to rest after having a tooth pulled. I went to the pharmacy to get my meds and they were not there. I know errors happen when sending things. The pharmacy called them because I am in pain and the girl on the phone was very rude to them and said the dr was very busy for the next couple hours. I still have no meds and the pain is still there.

unprofessional doc .. i don't have insurance and like alot of other people don't have alot of money .I went there in need of 2 teeth needing fillings . instead of worrieing about the 2 teeth i went there for , she talked about all the other stuff wrong . said she couldn't fill the 2 teeth . claimed 1 had to be pulled an the other need a crown 1200.00 ..or a root canal done .. both high money .gave me no other options .. then told me ( I don't do what the customers want, I do work that will last ! ) well the one could be fil... read more

I could give 0 I would. The office manager has made my life a living hell this month. I have a referral letter for emergency oral surgery and she has lied and manipulated the situation to NOT take my insurance and is trying to make me pay cash upfront when I have insurance. My insurance company confirmed she has not submitted the paperwork and is making claims that are not true. She is trying to make me pay $1000 up front just to schedule the appointment when my insurance confirmed that my deductible is $300 and due at the d... read more
