It was our initial visit. They were very clean, nice and fast. They asked if we wanted our gum hygiene checked and we figured, why not. Here if they tell you that you have a plaque build up below the gum line and that they recommend an antibiotic treatment and cleaning every 3 months which is great but the insurance only covers cleanings every 6 months, we'd have to pay out of pocket. The worst!!!! After confirming my appt 3 times they decided to call me the day before to say that they wouldn't be open and I would have to reschedule over a month away. Needless to say I won't be going to aspen dental ever.
Very friendly staff and checkup was ok. The service was free . The prices for a replacement brigh is 5008.00 , which I think is over priced and I can't afford.
during my last visit for cleaning and exam, I was told I needed extra work for cleaning since the hygienist had failed to do a complete job. They scheduled a subsequent visit (within 3 months) that cost my insurance additional expenses for half of which I had to pay out of pocket. I sensed there's a scam going on but decided to leave it.
i absolutely did not approve of how I was treated by the staff at aspen dental ! I know what I needed done . I already talked to two other dental offices about the work I needed . aspen added so many things I didn't need that the bill was 2x the amount . they are bloodsuckers . they care about their pocketbooks , not the patient
Horrible! Unprofessional! I have to go to another dentist to fix a problem that they should have but didn't. I'm so angry with this dentist I would not recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience! I was told I needed a root canal and quoted $2000- $3000, they told me there was no saving my tooth and if I couldn't afford a root canal I needed to have it pulled. I went to another dentist and had it filled with no question. Aspen dental is a joke!
