I do NOT recommend Aspen Dental. I paid nearly $3000.00 for dentures and I can not eat with them!!!! Once they received payment in full, they did everything to keep from seeing me, from making my appointment a month in the future to not seeing me at all because I was less than an hour late for my appointment. ( Although I had to wait an hour and a half when I did show up on time for my appointments.) I will have to see another dentist in order to have dentures that are functional. Terrible first visit. ..had to go to Aspen due to insurance change. 1 behind schedule. Rushed with little to no personal attention. From waiting room to open x-ray room facing office ....put your chin her..move here. .Ok now switch rooms to do more specific x-rays Tech dropped x-ray piece for mouth after 4 pictures and had to redo again with new pieces and I had to hold the wires...Ok now to waiting room 2....the chair...with infomercials blasting on the TV screen in front of me. Really terrific staff. However, they messed up my appointment time, then when I came back 2 hours later and was told I would get right in, I had to wait almost 45 more minutes to see the dentist. However, I think e did a great jog, was very caring, as was the rest of the staff
I have gotten several of these tell us what you think. Well I cancelled my appointment was neveer there, how can I tell you anything. You would think that you would know that and not send out a request for this from people that have never been to see you.
I had a great experience their with Dr.Planes and then he left and it went down hill...my mom on the other hand not so good experience with their new female dentist..my mom paid about 5k in treatment only for the outcome and finished product not comfortable...the dentist said nothing more they can do unless she get implants...well they could've told her that before doing 5k in work to not work ...bull shit they will fix it and make it right or they will be hearing from a lawyer.. I experienced fair dental treatment but when it came to pay the bill, what a nightmare! My account had a CREDIT of $489.00 - YES, THAT IS FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY NICE DOLLARS - for OVER A YEAR and they would not issue a refund check saying that insurance was pending - even though the account was current and had a credit! WE DID OUR PART BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY!!!!!!! What a rip off.....
