My experiences while spending a lot of money were unhappy ones. An appointment that I confirmed twice was rescheduled an hour earlier without notice. The receptionist had a poor attitude and blamed me even though I had an email to prove it. I was billed for a balance on a procedure that I did not owe. They had no idea how, when, or why I got the bill. There was no record. At one appointment I waited for one hour in the waiting room. At another appointment i was taken to room and was numbed. Be more concerned with patients care than with the bottom dollar. I would not recommend Aspen Dental. The Doctor cannot and will not return a phone call to discuss a treatment plan. The Doctor and Hygienist, made conflicting statements to me.

You need to ask clients if they want the fluoride treatment BEFORE you charge them. Why the fluoride treatment? It is in our drinking water. There seems to be a monetary incentive for the staff to recommend deep cleaning,not a good idea when none is needed . I will be looking for a new dental office.

Bait and switch. Run do walk away from this place
I arrived at my appointment early and I had the required paperwork with me. My appointment time was 11am. I was not seen until 11:15am. I was not informed at the time I made the appointment , how long it take so that I could schedule the rest of my day appropriately. There were several parts to my first visit and a lot of down time in between. Many times, I was just left there sitting, wondering how long until the next part would happen.
