I am very happy with your staff at Aspen, Rachel is very helpful not only cleaning my teeth but also giving me very helpful advice. I would also like to add i am very happy with the Dentist who works on my teeth when necessary a real gentlemen.

Apen dental in Binghamton NY...The office staff was aloof...no greeting upon anyones arrival. The endodontist was way behind in his appts....not his fault, just involved cases. I waited 90 min. before I asked how much longer. I think the office staff should have explained the situation as soon as they were aware that there would be a long wait. I had Steven do my cleaning,twice now. He is very thorough, more thorough than anybody I have had at other dentists in the past. He offered tips on how to clean and told me of my dental health from his perspective, which was useful. I had Dr. Melnik repair two cavities @ a previous visit. He was extremely fast and knowledgeably answered my questions. I have had no problems with the repairs.

Very friendly and warm staff who did an excellent job on my teeth! The dental hygienists seemed to really love their job and treated me with such kindness.
