My Husband and I became new patients last week. The staff was friendly and efficient! They were able to schedule appointments for us immediately and did a great job for both of us. I would highly recommend them!
Recently moved here and called with a bad tooth and only two weeks left on my current insurance. Not only did they fit me in immediately for an exam but they found a way to get the problem resolved before my insurance ran out. All the staff I encountered were personable and knowledgeable.
These guys are awesome! Everyone at Aspen Vestal went above and beyond to help me yesterday (that includes working overtime). The work I had done was a wisdom tooth extraction, fillings and a cleaning. Throughout the process Dr Melnik and his team did a great job while making sure I was comfortable. On the payment side of things, Amber really went out of her way to work with my insurance and budget. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Howard on Wednesday. He was great, his assistants were great, and the office staff was even greater. For the month before her extractions, they were extremely helpful dealing with referrals and insurance. I have dealt with 2 other aspen dental offices and left both those departments with a sour taste in my mouth due to unfriendliness, long long waits, oral surgeons leaving, etc etc. Anyway, highly recommend Dr. Howard and his staff at Aspen Dental in Vestal NY.
The staff at this location is very friendly and treat both me and my husband very well. Waiting time was minimal. I have been to this location in the past and I always have good service. I've had a number of things done and they always schedule me at a convenient time without a lot of time between appointments, so that all procedures are completed quickly.
