Excellent all the way around, and I hate going to the dentist but the dentist was really great, they let my listen to some music in my ear buds as long as I can hear them. They eased my anxiety! I had to have 3 teeth removed and it didn't even hurt. I HAVE TO ADMIT THOUGH, ASPEN NEEDS TO BE OPEN TO DIFFERENT INSURANCES. I PAID $750 FOR 3 TEETH REMOVED That would be my only complaint. BUT GREAT OFFICE AND GREAT STAFF!
Had a bad toothache overnight and was very satisfied on how fast they were able to get me in. Everyone was very friendly, especially the woman who did my x-ray's. Initially they just wanted to do an exam, x-ray's and prescribe me some antibiotics & pain meds and then schedule me another day to extract my tooth but because there had been a cancellation, they took me on and extracted my tooth. Very pleased with everything.

I am always satisfied with my efficient cleanings but this time I was told that the cancer screening was absolutely free. When I checked out, there was a thirty dollar fee for the service. I called to ask questions about this and was told that I signed a form authorizing a fee (which I didn't). After much discussion, I was finally granted a $21 coupon. (I'm not sure for what but it was a compromise). It was a hassle. I would go back but I would never get another cancer screening.
Everyone was absolutely great! From waiting room to checkout!
So far so good..... I am going back Thursday for extractions, we will see
