PULLED TOP TEETH WHICH WASN'T HURTING. WAS SUPPOSE TO PULLED THE BOTTOM TEETH,PLUS MADE HIS HEART STOP,PUT HIM IN A GRAN MAL SEIZURE. WAS THERE FOR 5 MINS.ENDED UP IN ER AT VINCENNES HOSPITAL. BEEN TELLING ALL OUR FRIENDS NOT TO GO TO THEM,LOCAL DENTISTS SAID THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND SO HAS THE LOCAL ORAL SURGEON,SAID BAD NEWS. EVEN CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE AND THEY DIDN'T CARE.SO I GUESS THEY ARE ALL LIKE THAT!!!!
I came here to get a second opinion after my dentist told me I had three "inevitable" cavities and needed sealant. They helped explain to me that cavities are not inevitable and sealant is for children and unnecessary. They gave me something to actually help reverse them rather than take a bunch of unnecessary money from me. Also, the managers are extremely nice and helpful. This will be my regular dentist from here on out.

I went in withal crack tooth and a free exam and xray done because I have no dental insure to find out not only on the crack tooth I have to have a. Root canal done I need done on 2 other teeth and they didn't tooth anything for my crack tooth because I have no dental insure and couldntget appovr for the credit problem so they sent me home in pain did pull the crack tooth that i ask them to pull me and my boyfriend call them a few time to have something done about my pain because when I got home the side of my face was swadi... read more

If I could give these terrible people a 0 I would. Beside the receptionist being nice the rest of the staff are crooks. They owe me a refund from back in May, mind you it is now almost September. They have falsified numerous times how much insurance would pay and said they were sending me a check in the mail a week ago which was a blatant lie! They also tried to scam me out of $110! After outing them on Facebook former patients of theirs started to come forward with their horror stories about this place. They will say things... read more
Awful. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I hope to save others from ridiculous dental care.
Being able to receive a free dental exam along with free x-rays as a new patient is very nice. I appreciate that. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all very polite and knowledgeable. The negative aspect of my visit was the PRICES. Aspen Dental is EXTREMELY HIGH on their rates. As a patient with no dental insurance, this place is not affordable at all. My husband and I are very upset with them. We decided to go to them after our dentist passed away here in Lawrenceville, IL. I had a filling that had came out next to the gum line. The tooth had been crowned probably 30 years ago. I figured they would pull it, but they tried filling it again. It lasted 2 months again so I went back. The visit I had to make an adjustment to my denture was the only positive one I've had, and in THAT visit...there were things that I found out that they screwed up on, such as the estimate for my lower teeth to be done, denture care and instructions...etc.. I can't even type it all out but the main problem was my daughter paid extra for iv sedation for my upper teeth to be removed plus some bone.
