when in to get a tooth pull $1700.00 plus later if you go to them watch them never did he a armed guard but
I went here because they are in our network.I new when I asked if they would be giving me a root canal or a filling before the crown and the answer was. "I have to clean up the tooth or it is malpractice " that this guy was not doing anything to my teeth.
Ok rant started: Aspen Dental in Vincennes told us a week ago that we owed money. But set my husband appointment to get his teeth realigned. When we get there they write out a payment agreement.just for 2 weeks. Half and half. No problem. Take his teeth, then call us back and say pay it all today or you can't have them back! I will not go back. That was worst customer service I have ever seen. I asked to speak to regional manager, and she would not let me. I say think about it before u go to Aspen Dental, I was once. Went in for a chipped tooth had to put $514 down. Dr Woo shot my gum 4 times wouldn't go numb .Told me my tongue was to big causing him not to be able to put the shot in correctly. Was told to come back another time and try again . Show up to appointment today at 11:00 which is what my appointment card said. The woman who took me back was rude not even a partial smile. Told me to get in the chair that I was half hour late I was not. Dr Pfau comes in talking down to me tells me he can start but will have to come back again ca... read more
