did not inform us about the warranty! it started when they gave us the first set of dentures, which they had to remake!! Now they want to charge 82.00 for an adjustment.
I went to the Aspen Dental location with a sever toothache. I was informed that I would get the free exam and x-ray and paid $113 upfront. Although everyone was friendly, they didn't do a thing to help me other than prescribe an antibiotic and telling me to come back in a week to see a oral surgeon to remove the tooth. I suffer through the weekend and on Mon a my local dentist removed the bad tooth in a matter of minutes for less money than this exam. grandson went there for help and was redirected to quick care cause they were going to lunch. Real dentist down street took care of him
I went in to get a specific procedure done, which my insurance covers and they said they would do it but after sitting there for over an hour AFTER my appointment time..they go and try and sell me other services that I don't need at the moment and THEN tell me they will NOT do what I came in for..and they also tell me they don't "HAVE TIME ANYWAYS " . I will never go back to Aspen nor will I ever refer anyone to them. They are very rude and unprofessional .
Can't get appointments and cost straight. They never call you back and they tell you one thing on one day and something else on another. This place is a joke and I would stay away from them! They are a shit show!
If you are needing any dental work done and considering this place.. Don't!! RUN as fast as you can the opposite direction. They will overcharge you and screw you over. When you call to discuss the overcharges they will tell you "we can not discuss this until we talk with our office manager, we will call you back" and never call back. When you call to speak with office manager, supposidly she is never there when you know good and well she is sitting in her office on her cell phone. I went in to have my teeth fixed. Immediately I was sat in a chair and the work began. I was informed that I would have a great smile quickly... After they ground down my teeth for a bridge, they placed this cheap chalky like material as temporary teeth in my mout and advised me it would be 2 weeks until my other teeth were in.
