I would recommend Brittany and "The Docs" to anyone. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel really good about my visit
First of all, I was greeted quite indifferently and with a testy attitude “can I help you?” Like what? I was there to find a book or ask for an address? After being examined, I was lead into the “pressure room” to be informed of my financial obligations. Little did I know I would be asked for $$$$ upfront. Also I was informed certain “policies” dictated by my insurance would be making my $$$$ obligation higher. My daughter paid for deep sedation general anesthesia. They did not do this. She screamed with every tooth they pulled while the assistants held her down. Will never recommend this place
RecommendedThey took the time to figure out my needs and what my insurance would pay. Then explained my options. I ended up getting $2608 worth of dental work for an a low out of pocket of $30. Happy camper here

Not a fan at all, I felt lied to and cheated out of money.
They like to lie to get your money.
Had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm today...then this morning got a message that it was at 11:00am. Although the NUMEROUS texts I received from the company says 1:00pm. Worst was when I called, a girl named Renee was NOT apologetic and actually made us feel like we were to blame somehow. (Even though I saved all correspondence stating 1:00😣)

RecommendedI was pleasantly surprised when I entered the doors at the Vincennes location. I was acknowledged immediately. Front desk lady, ( I don’t remember her name), made me feel at ease immediately. I was soon was taken back for x-rays and she was also so nice, professional, friendly and explained everything she was going to do. Waaay to many shots / pokes( at least 10) and took 1 hr and 20 mins plus to extract one tooth
