I am happy for all of you patients that have posted positive feedback. I however, have a whole different view and experience. From price changes to disfigured gums, dentures that fall out. I have a huge list of issues, that are really beyond the pale, that I will be getting resolved soon. I have called them several times, and haven’t received a return call once. I can’t wait to tell my story, and receive a resolution. To be continued

They were insulting. I would never talk to people that believe the dentist is more important than any other human being, and I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE THIS AGAIN. I HAVE CALLED FOR MY DENTAL RECORDS, AND THEY WANT ME TO COME IN. I won't BE DOING THIS EVER. THEY WILL HAVE MY LAWYER COME IN AND SIGN FOR THEM, AND I WILL SUE THEM FOR HIS TIME. I WILL NEVER BE TREATED THIS WAY AGAIN! NOT EVEN A ONE STAR RATING

Went to Aspen Dental because I've known for awhile I had two teeth that need repaired or pulled. I have no dental insurance so I gave them a call. Got in within four days, saw a hygenist, then the dentist. They asked a few questions, showed me what was needed and provided me with options for payment. They were great. I liked the options, selected an option and as soon as I get back from vacation, I am getting started with my long over due dental work. I highly recommend giving them a try. Absolutely awful dentistry. I had thousands of dollars of work done and when I went to a new dentist, was told all of it needed to be redone because the fillings weren't drilled far enough and they have bubbles! You can clearly see how badly they were done on the x-rays. They also missed many cavities that my previous dentist said I had (it was on my treatment plan, which they refused to look at). Receptionist gave me absolutely no greeting at all. I've received better at the Good To Go gas station in Warsaw, Indiana with a Hi and a Smile atleast there! They did extra x-rays that they apparently didn't check with me or my insurance for full coverage. After examination it was revealed I had 'issues'. Come to find out said issues would cost me $2,172.50. Which included a whitening that I didn't ask for of $299. Also a 3rd filling for a so called cavity when Dr only mentioned TWO. Stop over charging and pushing high dollar procedures. I felt like you were trying to rip me off.
It wasn’t what I was expecting. When going in for a consult to have your wisdom teeth out, I guess I was expecting to talk with the oral surgeon and not with who I’m assuming was a doctor.
