I haven't gotten the bill yet, so my review is based on services and price they quoted me on...and what I signed and agreed on..if it was way different than what I was quoted I will be changing my review (coming from reading the reviews) but based on my experience I went in to get consultation for full dentures cause my teeth were falling apart and I don't wanna pay $1500 for a root canal x 11). I made an appointment with the intention of having X-ray done and a cleaning. However, I was disappointed that all they did were the X-rays. I have to make another appointment for the cleaning. �. It seems like all they are interested in is to get you to purchase the power tooth brush and have other unnecessary stuff done the isn't covered by insurance. Very disappointed.
The people were great but... after I talked to the Dr they had a plan drawer up for me when we went to the desk already it was way to expensive I could buy a new car for what they wanted will not be going back
Awful....everything about it. No privacy, several rude staff, overcharge, sneak in services and materials never asked for or knowing you have other options. Ridiculous.
I had an exam and X-rays and was told I needed 2 crowns, 9 cavities and had gingivitis and it would cost me $2000 out of pocket and to sign here. Then they texted and emailed me constantly asking for a review. Here it is. I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion after reading previous reviews here. The dentist I went to was absolutely wonderful, said I did not need 2 crowns and only had 2 cavities. Saved me $1500 and didn't pressure me to pay on the spot. We just experienced our first visit there - first of all, I will say the staff was very nice and courteous. (the reason I am giving 3 stars - if it was based only the dentist I would give 1 star) The x-ray technician was adorable and fun. After that it went downhill. I got signed up with a loan through a company they work with for $3000 because I needed a lot of work done. They set me up with the appointments, and for the most part the actual dental technicians and dentist I worked with were nice and worked to put me at ease, which was great. But then, they set me up with a service I didn't ask for while I was too numb to say no. So after I regained feeling, I called to cancel that appointment as well as my fillings (due to work).
