I will not return, I was misinformed on a billing issue and it will now negatively affect my credit. They also fail to listen to me about my TMJ so I always leave with an extremely sore jaw. They add unnecessary costs without your approval.
Front desk help is awful... She is very rude and has had an attitude every time I've went in there. If you hate your job that much or working with people then leave. Snuck in a bunch of extra costs... Like a toothbrush I didn't need or without my approval and also cancer screening. The hygienists and dentist were all very nice though! I'm only going back because they charged me wrong and I have to go back for my second cleaning... After that, never again.
Horrible place to go. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. I have dental insurance which I have reached the end of what they will cover for this year. The whole left side of my face was swollen due to an infected tooth. I called around to find pricing for pulling a tooth, as I would have to pay the full amount. You don't want to know enough said about Aspen!!!!
I was charged for unnecessary procedures before they'd even attempt the one "emergency" filling I went in for. So during a deep cleaning (that my old doctor told me was nothing special and a standard free procedure) that cost around seventy dollars out of pocket I got to meet the doctor. Charged me for a whole bunch of things I was told was free.
I couldn't find worse service anywhere. The whole experience has just been absolutely pathetic. I called corporate , to express my issues, and they gave service just as bad as this office. Told me they would look into my concern and call back, but never called me back. I called Friday because I prepaid $6K worth of disappointment and still have work to be done that's paid for ,the receptionist asked if I could be called back because three people were on hold being scheduled, which is understandable, and I was fine with that ... read more
