they are rude their equipment is dirty they did not even have rooms just cubby holes they wanted to charge over 1000 just to pull a tooth I made emergency appt I was in so much pain they acted like they were going to take care of it went in nope they were like not going to do anything today and here's your price for when they do decide to pull it

I did not feel important. I did not feel informed. It all started with tooth pain, due to all four of my wisdom teeth being impacted. At my first initial appointment I waited 40 min past my appointment time in the waiting room, then while I was back in the actual dental chair I had to wait just as long before anybody came back and looked at my teeth. (which only took 6 min once they got into the room.) Aspen suggested I have all four wisdom teeth removed, and that I be sedated for the extraction...which I gladly consented to... read more

RIP OFF WARNING! Went in, got 8 bite wing X-rays.. not sure why 4 wouldn’t do. The hygienist saw me and said I need a gingivitis treatment with water pick for inflamed gums. The dr. came in and said I have 4 very small cavities and need to drill and fill them. No cost was given. They sent me to the business office, and the person there slapped me with a 1100 quote. She said the power toothbrush and cancer screening is always on there and can be removed if desired. That was 200. I said remove so that took it to 980 dollars. I... read more

Attempted to rip me off and directly lied about one of my teeth not being infected to try and upsell me on something that did not need to be done. Left me in severe pain that required an ER visit due to their complete negligence. I scheduled an emergency appointment for an infected tooth which they did not treat and instead tried to sell me on having 11k worth of work that has nothing to do with the situation at hand. If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband had appointment for a filling that fell out. He was there in the office for 3 hours and got nothing done. He asked if they could do something for his filling and was told he needed to come in for a $2000 treatment on something else first that takes months to do. The dentist could not even answer if they would fill it he needed to ask someone else if he could. He walked out with the filling still out would not even put a temporary in. My appt time was at 6:15 they called me to say I could come earlier so we changed the time to 5:00 I arrived at 4:50 to sit waiting to be called back at 5:45 and I wouldn't of got called back then if I wouldn't of asked why I was still waiting...they was very unprofessional by discussing my bill with me in the lobby where everybody sitting there could here our conversation...and last had me pay my bill before I even received any services...hygienist was great receptionist was very rude !!!!!!

DON'T GO!!!!!!! OVERPRICED!!!! Many dentist dont recomend !!! Very pushy in and out service did not care about my issue, Had infected tooth Dentist told me some mouthwash whould fixed it sent me out the door. Went to my other dentist gave me antibiotics and pain meds. Then they tried to charge me for their free first service. NIGHTMARE SERVICE !!!

I think they are crooks. They get you in there and make you wait long after your scheduled appointment. Then they look at your teeth and make you wait in the waiting room again. Then they have you see a councilor/financial adviser and she tells you that your teeth are really bad and you need all this work done for nearly $5,000. All I went for is to get a bad tooth pulled and it ended up costing $259 for a couple of minutes work. Even my insurance never paid anything on the extraction and I believe they never even contacted ... read more

I was sent to aspen dental by my insurance company. Made my first appointment. They called the day before to confirm the time and what services I wanted. I explained I wanted a cleaning in addition to my exam. She said ok if you can come in 30 minutes early both could be done. I got there 30 minutes early. Sat in the waiting room for over 40 minutes they did xrays and another hour later I was excused to the front to make an additional appointment for cleaning and any work I wanted completed.
