Watch out because they will not explain your benefits fully, and stick you with a bill. I payed my deposits, was told that was half of my cost. They send me a bill triple that amount. I told them I only wanted what my insurance covered, and they still did services that were not covered without telling me they would be out of pocket. They like to take full advantage of insurance, when they find out you have it. Even if your first exam is "free"-yeah, they sent me a bill! Unbelievable.
Waited 25 mins. Then got Xrays. There is no privacy. While being Xrayed, a woman in another room was sitting with staff and had to turn her back to give me privacy. A man in the next "cubicle" getting numbed up felt like he was in the same room with me. The xray method left me feeling assaulted and my mouth hurt. About a week ago I called the emergency services line because I needed help. I ended up calling 3 times with no doctor call back and the service calling me twice to ask if the doctor had called. Never got a call back and left a message on the website complaining about the fact that no one called me back either. Just now I get a call from the Warwick RI location from a woman that was so rude I can't even. Walked in with elderly parent, for a 2pm appointment. Secretary handed me info to fill out. Rush of emplyees came in around 2:10 and another individual with an infant made her way inside exam area. (Clearly a baby visit was more important, than pt's waiting.) Loud personal phone calls from behind front desk. Walked out at 2:25 after zero acknowledgement was made about her appointment. Time is money! Professionalism is everything. Never again.
Nothing but a big fraud. They gave me one price & magically it doubled in price. It's like taking your car for an oil change on sale and when they waste your time "up selling" you on everything else or they won't do the work. BIG CON
