Had new dentures made the fit and feel are bad and after the Dr rolled her eyes at me I don’t even want to go back for the pain the dentures are causing me
Managed to loose a filling while at work. Called aspen in warwick and was given an appointment for the same day ( which impressed me) well after waiting in waiting room for 45 min, I was given an X-ray and the dr came in . Told me I needed a new filling and would just be a moment to run my insurance again( was ran when I got there to see if I was actually covered ) for a price to fill the tooth. It was a experience. I had the misfortune of snapping a tooth while I slept. Not wanting it to get any worse then it already was, I looked for a place that could do a simple extraction ,at a fair price, since I don't have any dental coverage. I made the appointment, had my examination and a doctor banging on my broken tooth. Next as I'm waiting for them to agree the tooth had to removed. Went to aspen dental with 4 infected teeth was in alot of pain. And the dr didnt even write me a prescription for an antibiotics. I left there with a treatment plan. Cant pull teeth while there infected.
Got a quick appointment but not with who they told me. 3+ hours..... one hour alone in the room waiting for paper work only to have someone pop in and say ohhhhh your still here...... finally get to do paper work and find out prices.... 20 minutes of work 3+ hours of waiting . Waiting room was not full of patients, think three total the whole time I was there. Would not recommend.

Had a filling, after two weeks it started to hurt so bad I could not sleep. I had to wait and suffer for days until they could take me in. When I went back I was told that all is fine and I should just go home, take ibuprofen and pain will subside. I insisted they pull, they dr did not want to, in the end it's seems it was because dr does not know how to pull teeth. This corporate chain does NOT care about the patient. It's all about the bottom line. I went in to have some tooth pain dealt with, and after 2hours I walked out with a "treatment plan" that would cost $5,700. And 6 months timeframe. I still had the tooth pain..no medication prescribed. They didn't accept my insurance,. So, I went to Thundermist dental. Got my pain treated, got medication, and only cost me a$19. Copay. Don't go to Aspen dental. They just want to bind you to a contract for treatment you don't need and for a c... read more
Always a good staff awaits you. Very pleased to have switched to Aspen. Had two wisdom teeth out in less than 20 minutes. What I dont like is that you have to wait a month for an appt with the oral surgeon. So had to be in discomfort way to long. And being as apprehensive as I am when it comes to the dentist, that is way to long and stressful.

Terrible. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. THERE WAS NO RINSING, SUCTION, MOUTH WASH. THE DENTIST JUST KEPT SAYING SWALLOW AND WANTED ME TO SWALLOW MY OWN BLOOD. I HAD TO ASK FOR A PLACE TO SPIT AND FOR MOUTHWASH. I NEVER FELT SO HUMILIATED IN MY LIFE. I WOULD RATHER BE DEAD, THAN GO BACK THERE.THE WORST OF THE WORST.
