Billing is awful. Numerous over charging and attempts to charge me for services covered by insurance. I have called 4 times with a promised call back from the office manager about a bill received in August for services in June of 2018. I keep getting last notice bills saying that it is going to go to collections but no one can call me back. 2 years ago they had me take out a $1000 loan for work that ultimately was only going to cost me a $300. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EVER PLAN ON HAVING ORAL SURGERY!!!! I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN, I WAS NOT NUMBED CORRECTLY NOR DID THEY WAIT FOR IT TO KICK IN, AND WHILE HAVING NY TOOTH RIPPED OUT (FEELING EVERY SECOND OF IT AND TRYING TO GET THEN TO STOP) I WAS HELD DOWN BY THE NURSE UNTIL THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE. DO NOT GO HERE!

Liars! never in my business Life have I paid pre job and not expect shabby work or getting screwed. Typed something totally different in a box that was suppose to say I will pay more if I want my upper dentures remade. Instead they put in “implants and gave me temporary plate so I could eat.They did extract 5 teeth that I paid for iv sedation and Gas.Didn’t happen and not only did Dr Lee the oral surgeon say he did, when I asked for reimbursement,then got his assistant to say he did. DO NOT GO!! They only want your money I went in 2016 because I had a broken tooth and no dental insurance. I went to Aspen because I heard they had a payment planmistake #1. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. As I was signing the paperwork, they gave me a $150 bluetooth toothbrush (that I did not need). When I questioned it, they said it was part of the treatment plan. I couldn't remove it. I ended up signing anyway...mistake #2. They said I need all 4 roots done. ...Fine. I’m not normally one to leave reviews and perhaps it is unfair as I have not allowed the office to make my concerns right but first impressions being what they are . . . I made an appointment for a crown which fell out. The office completed a full exam in what I felt were less than hygienic course nditions. The hygienist placed the opened equipment on an old paint stained desk in the X-ray room prior to use. The dentist felt rushed and burdened and then I was sold $1300 with of required gum treatments. Stay away! Its a mill, Going to file a complaint with RI department of health. Rude and all about the hard upsell, felt uncomfortable discussing my medical treatment and condition with an unprofessional medically unqualified sales girl trying to sell me over 1 thousand dollars of treatment and products that my insurance doesn’t cover. (Could be a HIPPA violation) or maybe worse (giving me medical advice w/o a license?) maybe thats why she didn’t identify herself or title.
