Terrible experience...would give zero stars if I could. Called specifically to get receive a quote beforehand. Then was quoted something different when I got to the office but only after I had already paid for the ‘exam’. Could not afford the new(different) quote so now I’m out the exam fee & I never needed an exam in the first place. Also the dentist was greedy & extremely rude. Will not be going back. I have recommended several people to visit Aspen Dental in the past, but I won’t be doing that again.

I will NEVER go back -- I had a filling from one tooth fall out and made it clear that was why I was there. They made me pay in advance which I told them I was very uneasy about but the girl at the counter said that is the only way they would do it and I was not told that until right before going in! They did all kinds of other things and did not take care of my tooth issue until I once again brought up that that is why I was there! They then told me the tooth is beyond repair i need to remove several other teeth and have br... read more

I have been going to Aspen for a little over 3 years, and up until my visit yesterday, my experiences were all good. I was in for a routine checkup a week ago yesterday. A filling had come off of my front lower teeth for the second time. The Dr. took a quick look and decided that both front teeth need crowns as the fillings would just continue to come loose. I was convinced that this was necessary and signed up for it, along with over $1000 of my portion after insurance to be financed. When I showed up for my appointment yes... read more

I went in for a problem with one tooth, they didn't even help me with that tooth. They X-ray'd my entire mouth while in pain and had the hygienist give me her opinion on my teeth then the doctor came in and looked at every tooth but not once examined the tooth I was having problems with. Their first visit free is a racket to get you to have 1000s of dollars worth of business for them. I will never go back. PS the next day I saw someone that concentrate only on my bad tooth. Aspen was a total waste of my time.

I am mystified that this practice received such great reviews. I had a filing done by one dentist in March 2017 and at my biannual visit in October, another dentist, Dr Davis the only dentist that I have seen there that I would recommend, told me that my tooth was cracked under the filing and would need to be replaced. When I came for that appointment, another dentist Dr Pearson said that the tooth was fine and declined to fill it. Well in December, a chip fell out and turns out that the tooth was cracked. The tooth undernea... read more

I've been there three times and I've seen a different dentist every time. The support staff is nice enough, but not enough to make it worth going back. And now I'm finding out that they "under charged" me, so I suddenly have a $120 bill on a procedure that was supposed to be less than $90 and I've already paid well over $100 for. I don't think so.

I got up and walked out. My time is just as important. Not a great way to earn a customer by making them wait a half hour past their appointment. At least I had time to read the awful reviews and make my decision to take my money somewhere else.
