I think the people at Aspen dental are awesome ,the girls are great and Dr. Lowe the dentist is a wonderful man and Joe Joe I just love him I would recommend this dental office to anybody
First set of dentures didn't live up to the expectations the price tag set. The staff went straight to work fixing things, answering questions and making sure I was happy every step of the way. It was worth the wait! I saw the dentist initially but his assistant Kati, and the lab tech Joe handled the remake and took great care of me! I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs dentures. A+
I was very impressed with my experience at Aspen Dental. The professionalism and quality of work was top notch. Every employee I spoke with displayed genuine compassion. I would highly recommend this office.
took them two hours to call my name. I do not think it is a professional office, not the best service. pretty bad when your getting X-rays and the walls in the room are all scuffed up and has gouges in it. if the place looks bad, that tells you how the service is.

Went in for an appointment for a toothache on a Friday. I was given options about how to handle the infection under my tooth and told I needed to act quickly. The doctor told me I would get antibiotics and that would start the process on getting rid of the infection. After I left my appointment the doctor forgot to send my prescription over to my pharmacy. When I looked online I saw the business was closed. Fast forward to Monday my infection got worse and my face swelled and I had a golf ball sized pocket in my cheek. When ... read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DON'T get MOTTO liners at WASHINGTON, MO location! This location is not accountable at all & won't stand behind the treatment you pay for. if considering liners, please read till the end to make informed decisions. I often had appt that led nowhere. The staff's disorganization is almost scary- you sit down they call you by the wrong name, once they said so you're hear for an extraction-?!? Worst of all, after all that money & time when I finished the aligners, I can't get a final retainer.... read more

This office is as mismanaged as anything I have ever seen. I had a 9:15am appointment but was not taken back to the exam room until after 10am. I had xrays done, the doctor then came in with me & discussed what needed to be done, for which I agreed. It was at this time I was informed that no dental cleaning or cavities could be done, the root canal was understandable. I went to Aspen Dental in Washington on Wednesday to establish care and to have a red spot on my gums looked at. I left with a $5000 treatment plan. They said I had 5 cavities, gingivitis, needed a gum graft for the red spot and clear aligners (that I could be scanned for and get right in the office.) I was told my tooth would fall out if I didn’t see the specialist for the gum graft. The dentist was maybe with me 4 minutes and it just felt really off.
