The wait is usually very long. I had a crown replaced a year ago & it broke. The dentist told me they had used the wrong material. After some sight arguing they agreed to replace it at no charge so I went in and the dentist was really nice but the temporary crown fell off the first day. They couldn't get me in for a week. I went back and the next crown lasted 6 hours before it too fell off. Now I need to go back again & I live 1 hour away from their office.

I went and got a cavity filled yesterday. During my experience, the dentist and the assistant were not being very friendly to each other, which was the first thing I didn't like. I did not feel welcomed here. After my filling was finished, I felt an abnormal amount of pain on my side of my cheek. When I got home and looked in the mirror with my flashlight, I noticed he had cut me very badly with the drill. It is a deep bloody cut in my cheek with white pus around the cut. The hygienist was sweet and the dentist was very friendly, but the ladies at the front desk were having a conversation so loud you could hear the tv.
I want my money back guarantee!! I am going to fight to get out of this finance contract! I don't want to start the wait all over for a good partial. They can have the teeth back that's been in my purse for 4 weeks, I have not wore them at all.
Has a 730 appt didn't see a dentist until 0930 and I thought I made a appt for a cleaning but they DON'T do that on a first appt.
piss poor service, my appointment was for 8:45 am. i got there 15 minutes early to fill out their paperwork. (8:30 am) i sat there for 45 more minutes before i walked out the door. i wont wait 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time for anybody. my time is just as valuable as theirs is too. they are not the only Dentist in Washington, Missouri. i wont ever go back there & everyone i know has bad reviews of this place too. all my friends now know what bad service this place has & i doubt they will even try this place.
They did not focus on what brought me in to them but seemed to want to sell me a power toothbrush and make me pay $2800 for scaling & cleaning. Dentist glanced at my xrays, said they are boring and peeked in my mouth then left the room. They said AFTER the scaling they could look at the teeth better & determine if something needed to be done. Refused to do a regular cleaning. SMDH
They told me I needed a service that I really didn't need. I paid it, it was 115 dollars I ended up not getting the service and told them to refund the money back to my card they told me it would take 7 to 10 business days which is fine I understand that. I waited to the 10th business day and still do not have my refund and this was on the 17th of April very disappointed in this business thought that I would give them a shot but I myself or my fiance will never go back to this dental office again.
