My experience was good the people were friendly and they replaced the tooth in my dentures quickly and I was on my way, so I was a happy customer.
I have never been to a dentist office where everyone treated me with the upmost respect like I was in The Watertown offices. Every Person I delt with wore a big warm smile which put me completely at ease.
I had to get a periodontal cleaning and I love the dental hygienist that did it. She was very welcoming and caring. Made sure I was always okay. Definitely going back to her if I ever need to. On thr other hand, I had to get fillings and the dentist who tried to do them was very rough and cold. Never introduced himself and just went straight to work. I didn't like him.
On my first visit the staff and Dentist were very nice people,They run a clean and professional office
I know a lot of people have said some bad things but my experience was wonderful the staff was very pleasant and the dentist was great !!

I had a very good visit, arriving very early for my appointment, and was taken in early. I did have one bad experience there, some time ago. I have to go back in two weeks.
I enjoyed getting my wisdom teeth pulled smile emoticon everyone was very professional.
