I literally can not speak poorly enough for the front desk admin. She’s older, white, and rude. Don’t know how else to describe her. Firstly, before my initial appointment I called to verify my insurance with them. I am retired from the Air Force, and had already submitted my information, which she had up stating I am single. the girl at the front desk and the girl in the in the payment part were rude. as a new patient to the clinic , did not expect to get attitude. did not make a goodimpression. would rather drive to Cicero an hour away to the aspen dental clinic then go ten minutes down the street.

Long wait...
They are very expensive. They pulled out alligator my top teeth when another dentists office did not tell me I needed them done. I don’t like them.
Gest service and they worked with both of my insurance companies and handled all the billing.
If I could give no stars I would...I had a severe toothache for over a month and they couldn't get me in..after THREE rescheduled appointments it was determined I needed a root canal. This needed to be done elsewhere because they do not provide this service at this office. Long story short..I am unimpressed amd would NEVER recommend ASPEN TO ANYONE.

Went in after 2 years of not going and supposedly went for great teeth to "bone loss and needing a periodontal cleaning" went and got a second opinion and they showed me all the xrays and pointed out great bones no loss and excellent tooth health no pockets of 5's that aspen was claiming. How can these people still be in business. Also a year ago were told we had to buy a 130.00 tooth brush in order for our insurance to cover the bill .... total lie and fraud. Seek other dentist please.
Absolutely horrible! They charged me over $1700 out of pocket only to come to CO, have to have the exact same work redone, and at a cost of $236 without insurance assistance! Seriously this place is horrible and takes advantage of the military!
Awful place! Will pay out of pocket and go elsewhere. Went for a toothache last week, they didn't even address the problem. Only tried to sign up for $1900 worth of other tooth work. As a result I still have toothache.
