They rate number one in my book!!!
This place is a nightmare! Made the mistake of bringing my senior mother here. They were completely unprofessional, ripped off her $1000 insurance coverage payment, and she ended up with brand new teeth with a hole in them for $5000!!!! And that's just for an upper plate! After arguing with the incompetent, unprofessional office manager, and district supervisor, I gave up. Really a shame how we were treated there. BEWARE!!!!
When a client calls and try’s to get in sooner cause of severe pain and swelling and issues with temporary bridge and gets told well we can’t do anything till Nov 27th that ain’t right to make a client suffer good way to lose clients and get bad reviews do something sooner!!!!!
Does not answer the phone. I finally got thru and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Then the line cut out and I could not get ahold of them again before they closed. They also do not answer voicemails.

I AM A BLACK MALE I WAS 2 MIN LATE AND THEY REFUSED ME TREATMENT WHEN UR ALLOWED TO BE 15 min LATE MY WHITE WIFE WAS 30 MINS LATE AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SEEING AND TREATED HER. Brought my 74 yo mother there... we've been lied to & ripped off by these people! Paid $5000 for dentures and now they are refusing to make them!! My mistake for paying all up front. Never dreamed I'd be ripped off! BEWARE!!! These people are crooks!
The dentist was very good. However the remainder of the staff were inefficient. The office seemed to be very unorganized. Maybe a good office manager is needed. The tech that did my impression was not consumer friendly. No explanation of the process and continually walked away from what she was doing. Most of the staff seemed not to be proficient in their roles.
