So far so good. Having teeth pulled out soon and that will be what I will judge a lot of my experience from. :)
Can't speak for any other location, the Waterville, Maine office is Grrreate. All of the staff treats you like your VIP. My lower dentures fit so well, I can't tell I'm wearing them. The uppers are still being tweeked.

They were very attentive to my needs. And they were helpful on discussing other ways to pay for the services of they offer. Because I have money but I don't have good credit. I use the Dave Ramsey approach if you can't pay cash for it you don't need it bad enough.

The entire staff are some of the nicest, most comforting people I've ever met!!! They take the time to explain absolutely everything! They don't rush you or make you feel less for asking questions! So happy I decided on this office!
I went in today, thinking this was going to be a long string of appointments over months and months. I walked in, was seen promptly by the staff, and they were nothing but professional, happy to answer any and every question I had, and there were a LOT of questions. They were quick to respond, had the knowledge right off the bat, and smiled the entire time! I was more than impressed with everyone at the Elm Plaza location in Waterville, Maine! Looking forward to my next visits
The staff are all very friendly and the dentist, Shaikh Abdul is an absolutely wonderful. He is experienced and very personable something exceptionally important when you are in the dental chair!
