after a couple sleepless nights due to a severe tooth ache, I scheduled an early Monday morning appointment. They took xrays. when the "doctor" came in, a morbidity obese woman with bad teeth, she explained that the treatment required was beyond the skill level of their office. without even looking in my mouth, she recommended over the counter pain killers, Motrin, and Tylenol. I've been dealing with this company for 2 years. Way over priced and there office department is horrible. Needed extraction and top dentures every time went got a different price quote. I visited Aspen 3 years ago, it was not that bad, had a lot of work done. Ok, on June 14th 2018 I had a appointment scheduled for a very bad toothache, I made the appointment 1 week ago, I explained that I cannot walk very good, and cannot stand very long. Not happy that the office people are so rude, especially when basic math skills can’t be completed, nor comprehended. I showed on numerous occasions the errors in their math when it came to my bill, and they still couldn’t explain to me why or how it happened. I know exactly why and how it happened, but she refused to listen to me and kept fighting with me about it at the receptionist desk. I had a very good experience with the staff and Dentist.
Made my appointment a month ago for 10 i was early as requested at 10:30 receptionist noticed i was still waiting apologized said won't be much longer i ended up leaving at 11 never made it past the desk my day off i had other things to do also. Rescheduled but reconsidering not a great first impressionssion
Awesome. I never had a bad experience with them. Just dont like the constant changing dentist. Other then that awesome!
