Its been over 6 months since my wife got her dentures and she still cant use them because they are to big and they wont either adjust them or make a new pair. It cost us well over $6000 on a single home income and she has to take them out to eat, she cries because she doesn't like to talk funny and she cant eat allot of foods because she has to take them out. Chronic problems with appointments disappearing and no explanation offered, only excuses. The dental staff and assistants have been great, the problems seem to lie with registration.
My appointment was scheduled for 8am on Friday at the Waterville location and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early when I booked my appt. and in a follow-up call. I arrived early (7:30am) and waited in my car until 7:45am, but when I went to go in the door was locked. I stood at the door in the rain and knocked to get the receptionists attention. I’m not one to give poor reviews lightly. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and been a provider of healthcare for the last decade. This is the worst example of care I have ever experienced. It started on Jan 3, 22 I had an appointment to examine a loose permanent crown. All went fine. I had a full exam, updated X-rays, etc. and was informed I would need a consult with Dr. Oakes for a dental implant which was scheduled for 4 weeks later. This is where things took a turn. I would not go again, staff is soooooooo nice but I got a cavity filled and before it was fine, I been in pain for 8 days and there policy is “ if you’re in pain we will schedule you for the earliest appointment to get it fixed” but now I’m told that my tooth needs a root canal when in fact it just needs to be touched up clearly, I truly wish I would’ve just road the cavity out because now I’m in more pain than ever and they can’t do anything about it besides charge me more money and set me up to get it checked a month later... read more
My daughter had an appointment for a cleaning. They were running a hour behind and did her cleaning and exam in 10 minutes. They found a cavity in one of her adult teeth but said not to bother scheduling her for a filling until it was bothering her and it might not need to be numbed first bc they wouldn't need to drill. I've never had a cavity filled without having the decayed material removed first.
Dentist grinded the wrong tooth and chipped my incisor while capping my front tooth. I called to tell them 8 wanted this fixed for free yesterday, lets hope the damage is corrected.
They weren’t helpful, just trying to get every little bit of cash they can from you. They also have no problem lying to you! Very rude. Not worth wasting your money on this place, it’s a joke.
