Lost my cap on front tooth on s Friday the gentleman who answered the emergency number was very kind and considerate and even though I couldn’t see anyone he was still very helpful. Went into the Waterville office Monday morning without an appointment and they were able to get me in that afternoon to re glue the cap back in place. The doctor and assistant were very professional The cost was a little high but worth it to be able to smile again
Great place and very friendly. So happy that I became a patient more than 2 yrs ago

Everyone was very nice, Very professional. Only problem I had was when they were doing my X-rays poor girl tripped over the wires and yanked them right out of my mouth. Lucky no damage, But way would you have cords so long that they are dragging on the floor. She said she was going to have someone look at it and see what could be done. Not only could I have been hurt but staff also.

I got a nice smile now! Staff is wonderful, its a been a long journey for me. I appreciate everything they did to help me.
The service was friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. Everything was explained to me from what they were going to be doing, to Why it needed to be done. They went over all x-rays and gave me an explanation on what they were looking at. The best experience I've ever had with a dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dentist.
