RecommendedLast night I had an emergency and they saw me right away. The dentist explained things clearly and eased my anxiety.
Worst customer service I’ve received anywhere in a decade. I’m not sure how this place remains open to be honest.
I called on a Sunday morning for an emergency. I had to call 3 times before someone called me just to let me know that I needed to wait until Monday morning because he couldn't come in. I told him that if I could wait until Monday, than I wouldn't of called. He told me that they aren't open on Sunday. I hung up and went to ER. I had an abscess that was getting ready to burst. I won't be recommending them.
My appointment was 11 am and I never left their office until 4 PM.. what a joke.. better schedule an entire day off. The man who did my X-rays took so many that I lost count he had told me he had to keep re taking them due to his glasses being damaged from a party he went to the night before... Also seen by an unclean dentist whose hair was hanging in his face the whole time. Then it came time to get impressions done for a mouth guard.. hahaha WHAT A JOKE.. that only took 4 times to get it "correct.. " and pay over 300 dol... read more
Staff was rude and blatantly lied to me about American dental association guidelines, even after their dentist recommended xray frequency in line with ADA. Was told it was legally required and they would lose their certification, which is an outright lie. Said I had to get fluoride yearly and only place I've ever been where they charge for an actual dentist to check your teeth after cleaning. Is standard practice at every dental firm I've ever visited. Guess I'm back on the hunt for a dentist in my new location.
Zero stars is more the rating. I only went for teeth, not a patient, they took all the x-rays my insurance would pay for and did nothing for me. I'm turning them in for health insurance abuse. The so called doctor knows nothing.
Extremely disappointed in them. To their credit, I did receive great service from them, and it was super easy to make an appointment. But I think it's really messed up that they have me pre-pay, and then send me bills in the future. What's the point, then? Just have me pay all at once. I'll try to find someone else.
First time at this dental office as I needed a referral for an endodonist for insurance purposes. Scheduled an appointment same day. Staff very knowledgeable and courteous!
Very disappointed, Had a 3:00 appointment on a Friday, took me in for x-rays at 3:30. Then I went into the exam room and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes until the doctor seen me. Went in because I was experiencing extreme pain in a molar that had a broken crown. the doctor said I needed 2 root canals and 2 new crowns, $1800.00 out of pocket which had to be paid up front and I don't have, then he called in a prescription for antibiotics and sent me on my way, which was 5:00, still in pain.
