Totally unprofessional location. I had an appointment last Friday, confirmed through email and when I came the clinic was closed without previous notice.

I shared a review on yelp and I'll share on here. I'm currently up at 4 am crying because the dentist royally ruined my teeth. I didn't even have pain before my fillings and now have pain up my cheek into my ear. My temporary crown came off 20 mins after my appt, didn't fully cover my tooth and the other fillings are fully botched. Pieces started coming out immediately after I left. Everyone that works here have zero respect for your time. Even if you schedule an appointment you have to wait HOURS to be seen, and then HOURS for them to schedule your next appointment. I had an appointment at 11 am they didn’t see me until 12 then I was waiting for another 45 minutes for them to schedule next appointment to the point I got up and left. This place is ridiculous, and the front desk staff is so rude.
I WENT TODAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONFIRMED EARLIER THIS WEEK. I HAD MY CHILD WITH ME AND THEY REFUSED ME CARE BECAUSE THEY STATED DUE TO COVID 19 THEY CAN'T HAVE HIM WITH ME. They want to be paid before they even render services and if you have a problem with the tooth you have to make an appointment and it could be a week or so away
1. Leonard Green & Partners should stop practicing medicine and move onto other things 2. For the truly gifted doctors/staff that get caught up in the practice, please do your best to move away from this entity. 3. Stop the production goals on doctors. 4. they do a treatment plan for you .. but do not review in detail with you everything is rushed in to getting the dental loan for treatment .. once you sign the loan stuff .. the treatment plan is printed and stuffed into loan folder .. in my case ..had I understood what the plan was I could have saved my self $1,393.00 in stuff that was NOT necessary but recommended

The receptionist who answers calls will tell you one thing and when you go in the next receptionist tells you that's incorrect. This is the second time it's happened. You need to train your employees better so people don't waste their time with you when they can choose another dental office. The previous time I had the same issue of being told two different things was when I scheduled a visit for my kids and had to cancel because the first person I talked to lied.
